Terms & Conditions for Lawn Care Membership Plans

 

1. Service Area
Plans are available only within our standard service areas: Conyers, Lithonia, Snellville, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Covington, and Gwinnett. Services outside these areas may incur additional charges or may not be available.

 

2. Billing & Payments

  • All plans are billed monthly and must be paid in full prior to the start of services.

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, or other agreed-upon digital payments.

  • Missed or late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

 

3. Plan Duration & Cancellation

  • Plans are month-to-month unless stated otherwise.

  • Customers may cancel at any time with 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the current billing period.

 

4. Service Scheduling

  • Weekly and bi-weekly visits are scheduled based on route optimization and customer location.

  • While we aim to maintain consistent service days, weather or unforeseen events may result in rescheduling.

  • Customers will be notified via phone/text/email of any changes in schedule.

 

5. Service Access Requirements

  • Customers must ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are secured during scheduled visits.

  • If our team is unable to access your property, the visit will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled unless prior arrangements are made.

 

6. Lawn Health Disclaimer

  • Results from fertilization, aeration, and overseeding depend on multiple factors, including soil health, irrigation, and weather.

  • While Motive Green Lawn Care applies industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific lawn appearance or growth results.

 

7. Weather & Seasonal Adjustments

  • Services may be delayed or adjusted due to inclement weather.

  • During winter or drought seasons, mowing frequency may be reduced for lawn health and customer value.

 

8. Plan Modifications

  • Customers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at the start of any billing cycle with prior notice.

  • Custom service add-ons (e.g., additional treatments or clean-ups) can be requested for an added fee.

 

9. Liability

  • Motive Green Lawn Care is not liable for pre-existing yard damage, underground sprinkler systems not disclosed in advance, or injuries to unattended pets.

  • Customers are responsible for alerting us to any hazards or property concerns.

 

10. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to resolve the issue at no additional charge.
